		Information to the Public Guidance EN FR GE SP As will be seen from the Foreword, this document was prepared under the "Seveso I" Directive (82/501/EEC). Although this Directive has now been repealed, the "Seveso II" Directive (96/82/EC) which replaces it has very similar provisions. Article 8(1) and Annex VII of Directive 82/501/EEC are replaced by Article 13(1) and Annex V of Directive 96/82/EC respectively.
